The Principal Supply Chain Planning Analyst is responsible for representing Supply Chain within an IPT with Program Management, Operations, Quality and Engineering for the Oxnard, CA facility, onsite with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, business/project management, or logistics or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and procedures.
• Experience with general manufacturing and purchasing workflows.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems/tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Represents supply chain onsite for coordinating procurement and subcontractor supplier needs and activity.
• Define and execute end-to-end material strategy, including assessment of supply resources and prioritization of demand requirements.
• Review requirements for non-standard parts, analyze lead times, and drive critical-path procurements.
• Represent supply chain in internal daily and escalation meetings IPT reviews on programs and site status, pertaining to supply chain, including execution issues and any other items that may impact ability to deliver.
• Collaborates with internal functions, including Program, Operations, Quality and Engineering to ensure requirements are met in accordance with internal customer needs and NG policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with buyers, supplier performance and supplier quality to understand systemic issues at suppliers that require coordination with site functions
