Job summary

Nomad Global Communications Solutions in Montana is seeking a Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing Manager to lead materials planning, MRP execution, and procurement activities. This role partners closely with Production, Engineering, Finance, and Sourcing to ensure material availability, accurate ERP data, and timely purchase orders.

You will drive process improvements, develop SOPs, and lead the planning team to protect operational continuity and customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, economics, supply chain, operations management, or related field is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of documented supply chain, purchasing, materials planning, or production support experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials planning and MRP execution aligned with production schedules and demand signals.
• Oversee purchase order creation, supplier coordination, and pricing/lead-time accuracy.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and planning parameters; develop reporting for planning performance.
• Provide direct leadership to Materials Planning and Purchasing personnel; establish operating rhythms and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and operational continuity.
