Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• APICS certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Materials Management.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules, coordinating raw materials and internal/external production.
• Lead the weekly Production and Shipping Schedule, communicate priorities and risks.
• Oversee information flow, documentation, and materials for manufacturing, testing, and release.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, MSST, Finance, and suppliers to communicate changes.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align plans with demand.
• Maintain planning processes and SOPs for batch creation, material consumption, inventory, and shipments.
• Manage scheduling for third‑party packaging operations and related system transactions.
