Job summary

  • Experience with S&OP best practices and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Owns end-to-end supply strategy for assigned categories including inventory and service performance.
  • Leads development and execution of supply plans for 0–12 months aligned to demand and constraints.
  • Defines capacity and plant rate strategies in partnership with operations.
  • Drives NPI integration and lifecycle management in supply planning.
  • Leads S&OE inputs and presents risks and trade-offs to leadership.
  • Mentors and develops junior supply planners.

This role establishes supply strategy, including inventory targets, capacity alignment, and NPI integration, balancing service, cost, and working capital across the network. This position operates at a strategic level within the SIOP process, leading supply discussions, driving scenario planning, and influencing cross-functional decisions.
