Responsibilities include budgeting, writing work instructions, delivering metrics, and coordinating with QA, Engineering, and external agencies to support Aeronautics Systems programs. A Top Secret clearance is required to start, with travel up to 25% and a 5/40 schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in management, supply chain, PM, manufacturing, operations, or business management; or Master’s with 3 years.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (or higher) to apply/start.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work a 5/40 shift schedule.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team across programs from procurement to delivery.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity with QA, Engineering, Warehousing, Traffic, and Procurement.
• Meet direct budget targets and develop work instructions and metrics.
• Lead the supply chain team to meet program goals with safe, cost-efficient practices.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers and regulators to ensure compliance.
