You will oversee design and implementation of improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive change management to boost performance, quality and supplier performance.

This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration and measurable results in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Ability to travel 40–50%, including international travel.
• Global supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor, develop and lead team members through frequent conversations to achieve results.
• Develop project plans and manage process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive change management.
• Lead process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives with training support.
• Communicate project results, ideas, and feedback to teams.
• Ensure supplier performance and compliance to company standards.
• Support category management and strategic purchasing priorities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and risks and perform root-cause analysis.
• Build relationships and develop individual development plans for team members.
