Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager on the Product & Strategy team in Tempe to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple high-impact pillars, driving initiatives from concept through launch and scaled adoption.

You will work at the intersection of Business, Technology, and Operations to deliver measurable results with executive visibility, shaping the future of Amazon's middle-mile logistics.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience defining and executing program requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
