Job summary

BioPhase is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain to oversee investigational product supply activities supporting global clinical trials. You will lead clinical supply planning, forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management while partnering with Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality, Regulatory, and external vendors to ensure uninterrupted study execution.

This leadership role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing vendors and IRT/IXRS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical supply chain within pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting global Phase I-III clinical trials.
• Knowledge of GMP, GCP, ICH guidelines and global clinical supply regulations.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigational product and ancillary supply activities for Phase I-III global trials.
• Lead supply planning, forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, reconciliation, and returns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop study-specific supply strategies and timelines.
• Manage external vendors, depots, packaging partners, and IRT/IXRS providers.
• Monitor inventory, identify supply risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, GMP, ICH and global regulatory requirements.
• Support budget planning, vendor management, and continuous process improvements.
• Serve as Clinical Supply Chain representative on cross-functional study teams.
