A leading packaging company in North Carolina is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage supply chain operations and influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Supply Chain Management and at least 10 years of experience in Materials Management/Supply Chain, including 5 years in a management role. You will oversee production planning, ensure inventory levels meet customer requirements, and manage carrier performance. Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and scheduling programs to meet sales forecasts.

• Manage carrier interaction and performance related to inbound and outbound flows.
