Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, ideally within alcohol, beverages or CPG.
• Proven people management experience with direct reports.
• Strong experience across procurement, inventory, forecasting, replenishment and logistics.
• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables and macros.
• Strong background in process optimisation, continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Experience of supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Developing and improving end-to-end supply chain strategy and processes.
• Managing procurement, production, inventory, forecasting and distribution initiatives.
• Leading and developing direct reports.
• Improving demand forecasting, replenishment and stock levels.
• Managing supplier pricing, negotiations and service performance.
• Using data and KPIs to drive operational improvements.
• Managing cross-functional supply chain projects and mitigating operational risks.
• Supporting raw material R&D and procurement.
• Driving NetSuite implementation and process optimisation.
• Partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and senior leadership.
