Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Operations/Logistics or related field required.
• MBA and APICS certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP and ERP inventory management systems (MRP planning and work order mgmt).
• Demonstrated experience in improving inventory management operations.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Supply Chain organization at the Brooklyn Park site.
• Oversee warehouse operations and related functions.
• Coach and influence at executive level and across the organization.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and cost targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost goals are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage supplier quality requirements and supplier assessments.
