TEiC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our purchasing and procurement operations supporting industrial construction, maintenance, outage, and field services projects across North America.

This senior role combines strong commercial acumen with construction industry know-how, leading buying teams in both office and field settings, driving supplier partnerships, negotiations, and process improvements to ensure on-time, cost-effective project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of procurement/purchasing/supply chain leadership with 3 years of people leadership.
• Construction, industrial services, power generation, or related sector experience.
• Demonstrated success leading supplier negotiations and managing commercial relationships.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop TEiC’s purchasing organization for corporate and field procurement.
• Provide strategic guidance on supplier and subcontractor selection.
• Oversee supplier negotiations and commercial agreements to gain best value.
• Partner with Operations, Project Management, Finance, and Field Leadership to support projects.
• Drive procurement process improvements and best practices.
• Lead pricing, contract terms, supplier performance and claims negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance, market changes, and risk mitigation.
• Support inventory and procurement planning to optimize cost and readiness.
• Ensure procurement aligns with policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
