Job summary

UST seeks an experienced Functional Analyst to support Supply Chain operations and enterprise apps, focusing on issue triage, resolution, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and continuous optimization of business processes.

You will lead incident response, coordinate with IT and external partners, and drive RCA discussions to implement preventive actions while expanding documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in functional analysis and business operations.
• Strong expertise in supply chain processes and enterprise applications.
• Experience in production support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide business operations support across supply chain processes and systems within SLA.
• Perform issue triage and engage cross-functional teams.
• Lead war rooms with IT, business and external partners and manage stakeholder communications.
• Conduct RCA discussions and track corrective/preventive actions.
• Enhance documentation, knowledge base and process efficiency.
• Provide functional advisory support to stakeholders on supply chain processes and best practices.
