Job summary

Unilever in Hoboken, New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join the Foods North America SCM Finance Performance Management team. You will provide end-to-end financial support across the Foods North America Supply Chain, driving visibility, accountability and informed decision making.

Key responsibilities include leading forecasting, monitoring gross margin forecast bias, and partnering with the NA SC Performance Manager for leadership forums; plus acting as finance

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FP&A or supply chain finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience supporting supply chain teams is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting processes, consolidation, analysis and reporting.
• Monitor monthly gross margin forecast bias and identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with the NA SC Performance Manager to deliver insights for leadership forums.
• Oversee the Finance lead role for the Business Waste cost bucket, including accruals and waste reduction initiatives.
