Job summary

Unilever in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join the Foods North America Supply Chain Finance Performance Management team. You will provide end-to-end financial support across the NA supply chain, driving visibility, accountability and informed decision making.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain teams preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience with forecasting, month end close, accrual management and financial controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting processes, including consolidation, analysis, reporting, and follow up of forecast changes and performance drivers in key supply chain line items.
• Monitor and analyze monthly gross margin forecast bias, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve forecast.
• Partner with and support the NA SC Performance Manager in delivering insights and materials for key leadership forums.
• Serve as the finance lead of the Business Waste cost bucket, overseeing accruals for slow-moving and obsolete inventory, forecasting & analytics on waste sources and reduction initiatives.
