Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or similar field.
• 5 years of experience across the supply chain.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify cost reduction and process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive DCSS priorities and deliverables.
• Benchmark to ensure best-in-class operational support capabilities and partnerships.
• Execute project plans for programs within DC Support Services and track budgets.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve customer experience and standardization.
• Oversee external support services within Operations and optimize partnerships.
• Work with Strategic Sourcing to align services, SLAs, and contracts.
• Support RFP processes and ensure vendor alignment with contract terms.
• Develop regular reports on contract status, metrics, and financial impacts.
