Penske Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to manage department processes, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery. You will reconcile inventory data, investigate discrepancies, and generate operational reports to support management decisions.

Successful candidates will coordinate with vendors, learn multiple transportation and inventory systems, and maintain strong customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Transportation Management experience preferred, with focus on shipment coordination.
• Learn and regularly operate multiple transportation management and inventory systems.
• Work independently, strong numeracy and time-management skills, and effective communication.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using MS Office or Google Suite.
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and pass background checks and drug screening.
