Job summary

Qualified candidates will have extensive ERP and analytics experience, a US background, and a proven track record in leadership and driving cost and lead-time improvements within defense/aerospace supply chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field; 8+ years in supply chain roles.
• 5+ years as a team leader or direct people/project management.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and analytics.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain secret clearance.
• Advanced degree preferred in related field (MBA, MS).

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Category Management Supply Chain Base.
• Own end-to-end performance for assigned supplier categories.
• Develop, implement, and track recovery and improvement plans that are actionable, measurable, and accountable.
• Align procurement, supplier performance, strategic sourcing, and engineering teams to resolve programmatic issues.
• Mentor and coach direct reports to grow their capabilities and advance their careers.
