Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled professional to lead and apply best-in-class supply chain standards and practices. You will enforce guidelines, optimize processes, and audit suppliers to drive corrective actions, all while supporting inventory, asset, and vendor performance.

This role leverages current systems to identify new operating models and improvements for future state supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years with databases and spreadsheets.
• Bachelor's degree in related field OR five years in Materials/Inventory/Logistics or related field.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply supply chain standards to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Audit suppliers and drive corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Support inventory, asset, and vendor issue resolution with data-driven insights.
• Monitor utilization, quality, inventory levels, and courier routes for projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems and manage risks.
• Lead demonstrations of process improvements and best practices.
• Maintain records and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Prepare reports on key metrics, costs, and daily analyses for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to meet performance targets.
