CFS Brands in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Supply Chain Analytics to support planning across demand, inventory, supply and purchasing. The role translates data into actionable insights and maintains planning tools.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, build Power BI dashboards, assist IBP/S&OP, monitor inventory health, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy and working capital.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in supply chain planning or analytics.
• Experience with ERP, planning, forecasting systems; Excel modeling required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders; convert analysis into actions.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Experience in a multi-site, multi-brand environment preferred.
• Power BI experience including dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations; SQL or similar tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment across product categories or brands.
• Analyze historical demand, forecasts, orders, inventory, lead times, and service levels.
• Prepare recurring planning reports and executive summaries for leadership.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for visibility into demand, supply, inventory, and KPIs.
• Assist with IBP/S&OP activities, data prep, forecast reviews and action follow-ups.
• Monitor inventory health and highlight excess, obsolete, at-risk, or slow-moving stock.
