Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in supply chain planning/analytics.
• Experience with ERP, planning/forecasting, or BI systems; Excel modeling required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment across product categories.
• Analyze historical demand, forecasts, inventory, and service levels for trends and root causes.
• Prepare recurring planning reports and executive summaries for leadership.
• Build and maintain planning dashboards using Power BI for visibility into key metrics.
• Assist with IBP/S&OP activities and data preparation.
• Monitor inventory health and highlight excess or at-risk stock and actions.
