Job summary

K2 Space is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analytics professional to design and optimize the data, metrics and analytics behind its hardware supply chain. You will own data integrity across ERP, MRP, MES and BOMs, delivering insights that drive cost, schedule and quality for flagship space hardware.

You will partner with procurement, operations, finance and engineering to build dashboards, catalogs and KPIs that scale with growth across multiple production sites and warehouses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or operations in a hardware or manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience pulling, cleaning and analyzing data from ERP, MRP and MES systems.
• Experience using SQL, python, and excel and at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI for data analysis or project scheduling.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, including min/max levels, reorder points, lead times and BOM structures.
• Experience defining KPIs and building dashboards or scorecards that leadership uses to make decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of finding and fixing data accuracy problems across systems.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership and little structure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain dashboards for real-time inventory and KPIs using ERP, MRP, and MES data.
• Create a metrics framework aligned to program goals with clear ownership.
• Audit data across ERP, MRP, WMS, PLM to ensure BOMs and lead times accuracy.
• Model material flow between warehouses and production sites to optimize costs.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements in the logistics network.
• Review inventory parameters like min/max levels and adjust to demand and supply.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance and engineering on cost insights.
• Serve as analytical partner for procurement and supply chain decisions.
