CFS Brands in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Sr. Specialist in Supply Chain Analytics to support planning across demand, inventory, and purchasing. You will translate data into insights, maintain planning tools, and drive forecast accuracy and working capital optimization.

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Operations, Sales, and Finance to standardize processes and improve planning quality. On-site role with multi-brand exposure and opportunities in process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Analytics or Operations.
• Approximately 3–6 years of experience in supply chain planning or analytics.
• Proficiency with ERP, forecasting, and BI tools; Excel-based modeling required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actions.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; manages priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment for product categories and brands.
• Analyze historical demand, forecasts, inventory and service levels to identify trends and root causes.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership and partners.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize demand, supply, and KPIs.
• Assist with IBP/S&OP activities including data prep, reviews, and action follow-ups.
• Monitor inventory health and highlight excess, obsolescence, risk, and slow-moving stock.
