What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze operational problems and implement data-driven analytics solutions for business improvements
- Lead the design, development, testing, and support of Power BI reports focused on supply chain performance metrics
- Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison for cross-functional efforts in Supply Chain and SIOP processes
- Gather, evaluate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with functional teams to implement and monitor models for data performance and accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business, or Engineering; MBA is a plus
- 7-10 years of proven experience in supply chain and analytics
- Knowledge of MRP systems, preferably SAP and Oracle
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft SQL
- Familiarity with supply chain best practices and metrics reporting

- Experience with lean tools and methodologies for continuous improvement
- Comfort in working with diverse cultures and managing teams across different time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel
