Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Supply Base Management Specialist to join our B-52 Radar Modernization Program team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

This 100% onsite, first-shift role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Ideal candidates will have strong supplier management experience and the ability to develop and implement supply base plans that support program objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supplier management or procurement practices.
• Experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• Experience working in a multi-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates supplier/subcontractor relationships and performance to contractual obligations.
• Develops and implements supply base plans to support strategies.
• Analyzes supplier quality, delivery and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develops mitigation plans.
• Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities.
• Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies.
• Leads supplier relationships and performance for Senior level.
• Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Leads development of mitigations to avoid risk and resolve issues.
