Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City is seeking an Experienced or Senior Supply Base Management Specialist for the B-52 Radar Modernization Program. The role is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and supports supplier and program governance.

Typical duties include leading supplier relationships, monitoring performance, and developing base plans to meet contractual obligations. 1st shift, with travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with supplier management or procurement practices and processes.
• 6+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• 6+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates supplier/subcontractor relationships and ensures contractual obligations.
• Develops and implements supply base plans to support strategies.
• Analyzes supplier performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develops mitigations plans and leads improvements in contracting processes.
• Acts as primary contact for suppliers, customers and programs.
