Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Supply Base Management Specialist to oversee supplier performance and guide strategic sourcing efforts in Berkeley, Missouri. This role sits on the A-MH team and requires coordination across programs to optimize the supply base.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with suppliers and IPTs, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. This is a 1st shift, onsite position with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
• More than 5 years of experience on an Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages supplier and subcontractor performance and relationships.
• Provides strategic guidance for critical suppliers, commodities and programs.
• Leads resolution of complex supply chain issues and coordinates sourcing proposals.
• Collaborates with management and customers to develop future supply base requirements.
