Job summary

Illuminateusa in Pataskala, Ohio is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Manager to oversee supplier quality assurance functions ensuring that solar components meet customer expectations. This role requires experience in developing and executing supplier qualification programs and managing supplier audits.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, with extensive experience in supplier development, quality management systems, and statistical process control. Proficiency in Mandarin is also required. The position is 100% on-site with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years manufacturing experience in solar, electronics, semiconductor, or automotive industries.
• 8+ years experience in supplier quality and/or development.
• 5+ years experience in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and/or Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Adept in managing suppliers domestically and internationally, especially in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier qualification and monitoring program.
• Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and development protocols.
• Support procurement team with supplier approval process.
• Lead New Product Introduction Process with cross-functional teams.
