Competenze

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality Engineering
• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality Engineering
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and project management tools

• Lead, coach, and develop the Supplier Quality team and set goals.
• Manage performance through coaching and reviews; support development plans.
• Plan and conduct supplier quality audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
