Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to enhance supplier quality systems and compliance standards. You will work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks and resolve quality issues.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Quality, a degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role requires minimal travel and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality or Engineering.
• Knowledge of quality/compliance management, regulations and standards affecting manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance and escalate potential issues.
• Ensure accuracy of supplier quality database.
• Manage supplier nonconformity process.
• Support internal audits related to supplier quality.
