You will audit suppliers, review PPAPs, and drive corrective actions across multiple teams to improve product quality and reliability.

The role requires 4+ years in supplier or manufacturing quality, a Bachelor's in engineering, and the ability to travel up to 50% domestically.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting supplier audits and reviewing PPAP documentation.
• Background in industrial manufacturing, automotive, or heavy equipment preferred.
• ISO auditor training and quality certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage supplier quality relationships for assigned suppliers supporting power generation products (radiators and cooling systems).
• Conduct supplier audits, evaluations, and on-site visits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Review and approve PPAP documentation.
• Identify supplier quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Support onboarding and qualification of new radiator/cooling-pack manufacturers.
• Collaborate with purchasing, design engineering, manufacturing quality, reliability engineering, and operations teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in quality, reliability, and manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and resolve supplier-related quality concerns.
• Travel to supplier facilities to conduct audits and address quality issues.
