Qualifications

• 5 years of supplier quality and supplier development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or management.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language to all levels.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in manufacturing environments addressing supplier operations to improve performance, capability, capacity and cost.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for quality metrics impacted by the team within a product category.
• Adapt and prioritize work based on plans and scope.
• Understand Energizer Quality Management System and drive improvements.
• Lead improvements to processes, suppliers, and quality systems.
• Identify trends from data reviews and address root causes.
• Lead or participate in teams for projects improving products, suppliers, and equipment for cost savings and reliability.
