Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier quality activities across production facilities and support Engineering and Global Sourcing. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, corrective actions and 8D problem solving to ensure supplier readiness and quality.

You will collaborate with internal and external suppliers, participate in NPI projects and continuous improvement initiatives, and report to the Plant Quality Manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years in SQE with an OEM.
• 3-5 years QA in plant or supplier quality.
• 2+ years with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, ISO.
• Experience in production plants with assembly processes.

Mansioni

• Manage supplier quality issues for the assigned plant.
• Support corrective actions and supplier follow-up.
• Assist NPI and Global Sourcing with PPAP projects.
• Lead continuous improvement activities.
• Handle supplier changes and MRB processes.
• Coordinate with corporate QA and sourcing for supplier development.
