Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years in a supplier quality role at an OEM.
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA and ISO quality systems.
• Proven track record of leading corrective actions and supplier development.
• Proficiency in manufacturing quality data analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external supplier quality issues for the plant.
• Support supplier corrective actions and PPAP projects with NPI and Global Sourcing.
• Perform supplier audits, evaluate performance and drive improvement plans.
• Lead 8D problem solving and root cause analysis across suppliers.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to implement improvements.
• Support PPAP/work with material and planning teams on rejected parts.
