Job summary

3D Systems Corporation is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality strategy and development for global operations in Littleton, CO and Leuven, Belgium. The role focuses on audits, regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The position requires onsite work in Littleton, Colorado five days a week, with 25% travel. You will drive supplier performance, lead CAPA actions, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 4 years in supplier quality engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with regulated industries (medical device, aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing) preferred.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and managing SCARs.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification and approval of new suppliers, including high-risk suppliers.
• Assess supplier capabilities, quality systems, processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Regulatory teams to maintain an approved supplier network.
• Drive supplier corrective actions and improvement plans to address nonconformities.
• Serve as the primary quality representative during supplier selection, onboarding, and qualification activities.
• Mentor junior quality personnel on supplier quality processes.
