Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Supplier Quality Engineer.
• Experience with 5S, FMEA, CpK, GR&R.
• Experience leading Receiving Inspection personnel.
• Six Sigma training and experience.
• BS in engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage effectively the Supplier Performance Programs, including SCAR closure timeliness and metrics.
• Ensure supplier process controls provide 100% acceptance to Customer requirements.
• Drive division-wide supplier Quality issues and improvements to resolution.
• Participate in Corporate Quality Audit improvement actions.
• Maintain and Improve supplier metrics, specifically QPPM and OTD targets.
