The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a Lead Supplier Quality Engineer to guide supplier quality for the Air Dominance Proprietary program. The role focuses on instilling quality requirements across the supply base and supporting FTQ parts.

You will collaborate with the Supply Chain team to drive defect reduction, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with Boeing QMS and contractual requirements.

Qualificações

• BS degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• Over 10 years of experience with safety and quality processes.
• Over 10 years reading and interpreting engineering technical information (drawings, standards).
• Over 10 years of experience in Supplier Quality processes.

Responsabilidades

• Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into proposals and program processes.
• Authors quality plans for major programs and suppliers.
• Consults suppliers and business partners to ensure quality.
• Leads cross-functional continuous quality improvement efforts and benchmarking of best practices.
• Conducts risk analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Provides quality support to suppliers to ensure First Time Quality (FTQ) parts.
