Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a highly experienced supplier management leader to own executive-level relationships with critical space hardware suppliers and drive contracts, delivery performance, cost, quality, and capacity across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years in program management with engineering collaboration and a proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and align cross-functional teams with program objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product or program management with engineering collaboration.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Proven ability to drive supplier performance and recover from issues.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level supplier relationships for critical space hardware, driving contracts and partnerships.
• Monitor supply challenges and ensure on-time delivery across production sites.
• Lead supplier readiness, capacity planning, and manufacturing maturity for high-rate production.
• Develop supplier strategies to expand capacity and reduce single-source risks.
• Lead commercial negotiations and draft SOWs, NDAs, MOUs, and purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations to resolve production challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in yield, throughput, and delivery predictability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align with program objectives.
• Influence decision-making with supplier executives and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the executive interface between Amazon Leo and strategic suppliers.
