Kele Inc. in Memphis, TN is hiring a Senior Supplier Marketing Manager to lead enterprise marketing for supplier partners and Kele's private label, driving adoption and revenue.

You will partner with internal teams and suppliers to build joint growth plans, secure marketing investments, and scale the cooperative marketing program.

Reporting to the VP of Brand Strategy, this role focuses on audiences, products, and performance, with emphasis on measurable results and scalable programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supplier, product, or strategic marketing within B2B markets.
• Experience translating insights into supplier priorities and briefs.
• Ability to pitch programs and secure supplier funding.
• Strong cross-functional leadership to align suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to build scalable marketing programs and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Priority Supplier Brands & Private Label Marketing Strategy – Develop marketing plans and allocate investments.
• Cooperative Marketing Program – Grow co-op investments and coordinate execution with the Marketing team.
• Product Launch Campaign Strategy – Create briefs with audience, messaging, and goals; translate into channel plans.
• Performance & Improvement – Track investments, measure outcomes, and recommend prioritization changes.
