Job summary

Qualifications

PhD/MS/BS in Surface Chemistry, materials science, or Chemical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in related fields.
Experience with semiconductor cleaning or materials analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Surface treatment of various materials including metals and ceramics.
Experience/knowledge in precision cleaning, thin film coating and/or thermal spray is plus.
Evaluate technical requirements of new and existing products and recommend materials to Design Engineering.
Coordinate with New Product Development to ensure engineering drawings requirements are clear.
Participate in supplier selection to build a competitive supply base.
Lead supplier audits and drive corrective actions for quality problems.
Support product development by sourcing new technologies from qualified suppliers.
