Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering, supply chain or quality role.
• Experience with PCB fabrication and electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a team responsible for high-performing suppliers for Starlink products.
• Work closely with supply chain and engineering to maintain policies.
• Lead a team to analyze supplier quality data and implement improvements.
• Manage supplier workflow and projects aligning with business needs.
• Develop business processes for inspection and nonconforming hardware.
