Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Supplier Development Lead to design and drive a comprehensive supplier development strategy across the organization.

You will lead and mentor a team of supplier development engineers, establish performance standards, and collaborate with suppliers to raise quality and reliability. The role requires travel up to 50% with occasional international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in supplier development, engineering, or a related leadership role.
