Job summary

Offices-to-go is seeking a Deputy Chief for the Asset Recovery Section within the Fraud Division, based in Washington, D.C. This permanent position focuses on recovering profits from fraud through managing prosecutorial teams and overseeing significant matters. Candidates must have a J.D. or equivalent legal degree and several years of relevant legal experience.

In this role, you will support Division management, supervise attorneys, and develop strategies for successful prosecutions. Significant travel is expected, and the position comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least five years of post-J.D. legal experience.
• Active bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the work of Assistant Chiefs and Trial Attorneys.
• Support Division management in budget allocation and personnel actions.
• Develop programs for prosecuting white-collar and corporate cases.
• Assist in managing programs to prosecute fraud-related matters.
• Advise Trial Attorneys on strategic case approaches.
• Serve as a liaison on cases with various enforcement agencies.
