Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to perform the duties.
• Specialized experience includes evaluating automated supply and distribution system requirements to resolve interface issues.
• Experience developing workload forecasts, labor standards, and analyzing capacity constraints.
• Ability to advise executive stakeholders on systemic supply-chain issues.

Responsibilities

• Directs development and improvement of enterprise data products, supply-system analysis, data visualizations, dashboards, management reports, and decision-support capabilities.
• Provides command-level direction for analysis of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other automated supply, distribution, financial, and data-management systems.
• Establishes policies, analytical standards, business rules, and quality-control processes for workload forecasts, baselines, and staffing requirements.
• Serves as the principal advisor to senior leaders on enterprise supply systems, data-management, work-load management, and performance analysis issues.
• Directs high-visibility studies, special projects, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Forms cross-functional teams, establishes milestones, and evaluates outcomes against mission, cost, and resource objectives.
• Exercises full supervisory authority over a multidisciplinary workforce of Systems Analysts, Data Managers, and Supply Management personnel.
