Job summary

Under minimal supervision, you will lead modality-specific teams, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate schedules, and mentor technologists while traveling to all facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiology or related field required.
• Licenses and certifications required upon hire (BLS, ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, etc.).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in medical imaging; 3 years in leadership; 5 years in Nuclear Medicine modality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates conscious effort to steward hospital resources to meet financial goals.
• Provides/creates competency on advanced equipment training for technologists.
• Coordinates staff scheduling and payroll accuracy across locations.
• Ensures proper regulatory licensure and participates in audits.
• Leads education and training for technologists and students.
• Acts as technical leader for modality and implements new programs.
