Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance lead (M3) in El Segundo, CA, to manage a portfolio of IOT programs within the MA&S line. The role reports to PS/MA&S leadership, oversees one direct report, and drives cost, schedule, EACs, FP&A and proposal support in a hybrid onsite/offsite setting.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in Finance or related field with 5+ years of experience, strong Excel and SAP skills, and U.S. citizenship; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field & a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with Raytheon business systems including SAP, BW, RPlan, EDIT+ or a similar system
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Role Overview

The Product Support (PS) SSBU in the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) SBU is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven finance professional to assume the role of Finance lead (M3) within the Missiles Airborne and Seapower (MA&S) product line. The finance lead position will supporting a portfolio of IOT programs and provides a tremendous growth opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to build their foundational finance skills while growing their managerial skillset. The selected candidate will have significant exposure to Product Support leadership and will work closely with the PS Program Teams and functional support leads on making financial, execution, and resource decisions. The selected candidate will have 1 direct report and be responsible for financial excellence across all program finance and business-related activities including cost and schedule execution and reporting, Estimates at Complete (EACs), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), proposal support, and IOT management. The selected candidate must excel at multi-tasking, effective and influential communication, innovative problem solving, and possess a proactive skillset. This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to El Segundo, CA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

• Experience with application of finance principles, concepts, practices, and standards

Salary and Compensation

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
