Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is looking for a Warehouse Operations Leader in Everett, WA. You will supervise Material Specialists, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate with production, planning, and quality to ensure timely material flow.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team of Material Specialists, Material Handlers and Warehouse Inventory Production Specialists including hiring, training, performance management, and developing future leaders.
  • Lead daily inventory management operations to ensure accuracy, availability, and compliance across all warehouse and material-handling activities.
  • Ensure timely material flow to production, kitting, and shipping/receiving areas by coordinating closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning.
  • Drive standardization of warehouse practices, including labeling, storage methods, material traceability, and SAP transaction discipline.
  • Monitor inventory health metrics (accuracy, cycle count performance, aging, excess/obsolete risks) and implement improvement actions.
  • Collaborate on layout optimization, warehouse capacity planning, and material flow improvements to support rate increases and multi-program growth.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Maintain accountability of all materials through accurate receiving, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Support audits and compliance activities and ensure adherence to all company processes, security requirements, and government regulations.

What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
