Job summary

Kenneth Young Center in Elk Grove Village, IL seeks a Supervisor of Child & Adolescent School Therapy to oversee a team of mobile therapists delivering services across schools, homes, clinics, and telehealth. The role includes clinical supervision, program coordination, and collaboration with school districts to ensure timely access to quality mental health services.

A master's degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or closely related discipline.
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• LCSW/LCPC preferred, but eligible to sit for the exam in the future.
• IM-CANS certified or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Must have supervised experience in providing counseling and/or psychotherapy services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of Child and Adolescent mobile therapists.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision, treatment planning, and service delivery.
• Develop referrals and case assignments from School Districts.
• Liaise with School District MTSS team and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in staff trainings, program planning, and quality assurance committees.
