Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician

Walmart is expanding our workforce across local retail stores and is actively recruiting a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience in this field, we invite you to join our dynamic and welcoming work environment!

Your role will involve supporting and overseeing repairs within the Walmart facilities' Refrigeration HVAC equipment team, utilizing your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass MVR
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate skills and tools.
• Use the work order management system to receive and document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required safety and operational training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart's safety policies and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• $2000 sign-on bonus (select locations)
• Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Eligible for bonus incentives.
