Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician

Walmart is expanding its workforce and is actively recruiting a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience, join our dynamic team in a fast-paced and welcoming environment!

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee repair of refrigeration and HVAC equipment at Walmart facilities using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills.
• Utilize hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete maintenance and repair tasks.
• Manage work orders, document activities, and support store operations.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, following safety and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and climb ladders as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with large-scale rack refrigeration systems.
• EPA Certification (Type I/II or Universal) for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080. Currently offering a $2000 sign-on bonus at select locations. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Eligible for bonus incentives.
